SUMMARY:COCO Members Summer Social Event - June 2026
DESCRIPTION:Join COCO Women Founders’ June Wellbeing Month social for a relaxed evening at Chiltern Sauna Circle’s new wood-fired sauna at Penn Meadows Barn (Beaconsfield). Hosted by Anna (Chiltern Sauna Circle founder and COCO member). \nThis members-only meet-up is all about stepping away from work to recharge\, reconnect\, and build relationships. In the spirit of COCO’s Wellbeing theme to “pause\, reset\, and refocus on the most important asset…yourself”\, we’ll enjoy warm sauna rituals\, mindful breathing exercises and gentle icebreakers. \nExpect a welcoming\, inclusive atmosphere – whether you’re a sauna newbie or regular\, you’ll feel comfortable and invigorated. It’s “more than just heat” – it’s “a space for connection\, relaxation\, and transformation” where we can unwind with fellow women founders. \nThis cosy summer social will include guided sauna sessions (cleansing\, restoring and energising)\, breathing exercises and light refreshments. We’ll also carve out time for informal networking and open conversation\, in line with COCO’s focus on community and collaboration. Wear swimwear\, bring towels and a water bottle\, and get ready to relax in a beautiful country setting.
