Samantha Savory
Founder & Owner of Spa-licious Aesthetic & Skin Clinic
I’m the founder of our clinic with over 20 years of experience in the UK beauty and cosmetic industry. I’ve been working in aesthetics since 2016, combining my industry knowledge with a true passion for delivering advanced, results-driven treatments that help women feel confident and empowered.
I’ve recently achieved my level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Practice, something I’m incredibly proud of, as it reflects my commitment to staying at the very forefront of the industry. This builds my CIBTAC Level 4 award in Advanced Skin Science and Aesthetic Practice and I continue to train regularly to ensure my clients always receive the safest and most effective treatments.
Alongside my aesthetic work, my business also provides a full range of beauty treatments, including laser hair removal, hot waxing, and other specialist services. I’m fortunate to have a talented team of beauty therapists and I take pride in leading, supporting and developing them as we grow together.
Being part of a community of women who support, uplift and inspire one another is incredibly important to me both personally and professionally and it’s something I try to reflect in the way I run my business every day.

I take a compassionate and client-focused approach, helping individuals navigate difficult circumstances with confidence and move forward towards a positive future.

Sarah Mannerings
Brand Strategist & Coach
Sarah spent nearly twenty years in the brand space, including leadership roles at some of London’s top brand and design agencies, building brands the industry-standard way. That approach worked — until she tried to build her own brand.
Behind the scenes, Sarah struggled with a lifelong fear of being herself. Stepping into the vulnerability of entrepreneurship, she discovered that the industry-standard way — market and customer problem first — was deeply activating for someone like her: someone prone to people-pleasing, shape-shifting, hiding and softening their truth to be liked. The advice kept her circling in the strategy phase — overthinking, second-guessing, unable to move. Realising it was probably holding other founders back too, she developed an inside-out approach to brand strategy: one that starts not from the market, but from who someone actually is.
She now helps founders who struggle to put themselves out there build brands that feel safe to share and true enough that hiding — or performing — is no longer necessary. It’s not mindset work — it’s strategic: clear positioning, message and direction, built from a more honest starting point — so they can move from stuck and self-silencing to seen and loved.
Hannah Hughes
White Flamingo Consulting
I’m the founder of White Flamingo Consulting, a strategic growth partner for ambitious family-run businesses. I help business owners sharpen their direction, elevate their brand and unlock consistent growth with clarity and confidence.
With over 16 years’ experience leading growth strategy, go-to-market and commercial planning in large corporate organisations, I now bring that big-brand thinking into the family business environment, translating proven frameworks and ways of working into practical strategies that actually fit how family businesses operate.
I work closely with founders and leadership teams to tackle the challenges that stall growth, turning ideas into clear, achievable action plans that align teams and create sustainable momentum. This might be strengthening brand presence, launching new offers or expanding into new markets etc…
I love partnering with people and helping them gain clarity, spot new opportunities and, just as importantly, supporting them to make those plans happen.
Hannah Catlett
Florelle Marketing
I’m Hannah, founder of Florelle — a strategic marketing partner for founders building purposeful consumer brands.
I have spent over 13 years in retail and consumer marketing, working across corporate businesses and boutique independents, on both the agency and client-side teams.
Florelle came from a decision to focus on brands I genuinely believe in, and to work more closely with those building them.
I work with a small number of founders at a time, by design. Typically, they’ve built something strong and are ready for the next stage of growth, but need clarity on how to get there and someone to help guide that process.
My approach considers the full picture — what’s right for the brand, what makes commercial sense, and what is realistic to execute. It’s about bringing structure, focus, and direction so marketing can move the business forward, not just create activity.

Deborah Sauvary
Crystal Property Staging Ltd
Deborah always staged her own properties for sale achieving fast sales always, at or above asking price.
She became the go to to expert and helped stage a friend’s properties for sale after viewers couldn’t envision the space for sale. The property sold to the second offer, which was over and above the asking price.
However, it would be several years later before she would go on to found Crystal Property Staging. Deborah knew that she was meant for something more than the corporate world and could help her clients achieve the same results as she did in her own properties.
She launched Crystal Property Staging and staged over £4 million worth of property in her first year.
Deborah’s next goals include scaling her business and building a team of dedicated stylists to ensure that staging is available for every every property so it can marketed to it’s best, collaborating with estate agents and doubling her own investment property portfolio.
