The use of The COCO Women Founders (also known as COCO Collective Collaboration) website is subject to the following Terms and Condition. By using this website you agree to our terms and conditions. The COCO Women Founders reserves the right to update the T&C’s at any time without notice to you.

Acceptance of terms and conditions / membership

Membership of The COCO Women Founders is conditional to the acceptance of these T&C’s. Our T&C’s are subject to change without notice.

As the network evolves we gain a better understanding of how members will benefit most from their membership. The T&C’s ensure that we continue to deliver a professional service to our members and attract members who are as committed to creating a supportive and professional community of members as we are.

These T&C’s complement the spirit of COCO Women Founders and are subject to revision without notice. The most current T&C’s will always be available on the website.

Application Membership

Any female business owner can apply to The COCO Women Founders for membership. The COCO Women Founders reserves the right to deny or cancel membership, access to its events or online facilities should the member or their company be deemed unsuitable for membership. No explanation needs to be given.

Membership Payments

Once you’ve decided to join COCO Women Founders, we want to give you the opportunity to ensure you have made the right decision. There is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period which means that if you change your mind within that time, we will refund your membership fee

Membership Fees

Membership fees are subject to alteration without prior notice. A condition of membership is that the monthly subscription fees are payable by standing order monthly for the duration of your membership and there is no refund for non-attendance.

Membership Attendance and Meetings

To get the most out of your COCO Women Founders membership, you are expected to attend all of the group meetings. By attending regularly, we get to know more about you and vice versa. As COCO Women Founders is about collaboration and includes a roundtable mastermind section, your expert input could also be valuable to another member. We also want to help you to develop your business.

If you are not able to attend, we encourage you invite someone else outside of COCO Women Founders to take your place and represent you.

By inviting someone outside of the group to represent you i.e. another local business woman, means that your business will still be presented at the meeting, and, it means we have diversity in experience and expertise round the table as well as an opportunity to meet someone different. Please let us know who will be there on your behalf.

For members who regularly miss meetings, we reserve the right to cancel the membership.

Membership Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing 60 days written notice to COCO Collective Collaboration. Cancellation notices should be emailed to hello@coco-womenfounders.com.

Upon receiving a cancellation notice, COCO Collective Collaboration will confirm receipt and process the cancellation to take effect 60 days after the notice is received. For example, if a cancellation notice is received on 15th January, the membership will remain active until 15th March, after which no further membership fees will be collected.

Members are liable for all membership fees up to the end of their 60 day notice period. No partial refunds will be given for cancelled memberships.

COCO Collective Collaboration reserves the right to cancel memberships with immediate effect if a member violates any terms and conditions of membership or engages in behaviour that is harmful, fraudulent or illegal.

Cancellation Policy for Competing Businesses

COCO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the membership of any member who creates, operates, or is involved with a business that directly competes with or is similar in nature to COCO’s business and offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, businesses that offer networking, mastermind.

If COCO determines that a member has created or is involved with such a competing business, their membership may be terminated immediately upon notice to the member, without any refund of membership fees. The member’s access to all membership benefits, content, and platforms will be revoked upon termination.

COCO has the sole right to determine what constitutes a competing business and whether a member’s involvement with such a business warrants membership cancellation under this policy. By maintaining a membership with COCO, members agree to this cancellation policy and understand that creating a competing business may result in termination of their membership.
