I’m the founder of CSR With Purpose, helping employers turn good intentions into measurable social value by designing CSR, wellbeing, and social-value strategies that benefit people, brands, and bids.
I have worked alongside charities commissioned by the NHS, public health, and local councils for over 15 years, producing programmes that tackle health and social inequalities. I have a deep understanding of the barriers faced by those affected most by inequality and expertise in co-production with disadvantaged communities.
My background spans charity leadership, public health commissioning, and community engagement. As a trustee of The Clare Foundation and Health & wellbeing Ambassador for Heart of Bucks, I champion authentic CSR – strategy with purpose, not one-off donations.

I’m an independent travel agent providing tailored travel solutions for both leisure and corporate clients, with access to a wide range of products and destinations.
My life in travel began over 30 years ago as a chalet girl in the French Alps and I’ve been passionate about travel ever since! I’ve worked for major tour operators both in the UK and overseas, progressing from reservations consultant to director. Over the years, I’ve handled just about anything the industry can throw at you – from ash clouds and airline failures to the pandemic.
Eight years ago, I took the leap and started my own travel business and it’s been an incredible journey! Whether you’re planning a quick break or once in a lifetime adventure, I’m here to make it happen. I create personalised travel experiences built around your needs.

I’m a CRM & Email Marketing Consultant based near Thame. I work with a variety of businesses from fellow freelancers right through to large global organisations, but mostly with SMEs.
I help businesses with email marketing and automation, covering everything from strategy and planning through to the actual builds, testing, and performance analysis.
I also support both Sales and Marketing teams with their CRM platform set up and optimisation. I work across platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and Dotdigital, helping businesses make the most of their CRM and email marketing tools.

I’m Hannah, founder of Florelle — a strategic marketing partner for founders building purposeful consumer brands.
I have spent over 13 years in retail and consumer marketing, working across corporate businesses and boutique independents, on both the agency and client-side teams.
Florelle came from a decision to focus on brands I genuinely believe in, and to work more closely with those building them.
I work with a small number of founders at a time, by design. Typically, they’ve built something strong and are ready for the next stage of growth, but need clarity on how to get there and someone to help guide that process.
My approach considers the full picture — what’s right for the brand, what makes commercial sense, and what is realistic to execute. It’s about bringing structure, focus, and direction so marketing can move the business forward, not just create activity.
