COCO, A special announcement from Neelam & Alessia

A Special Announcement

After Co-Founding and running this collective of remarkable women since 2022, we have (after much deliberation), decided to hand the reigns over to someone else to take COCO and its Members to the next level.

We are delighted to announce that Vicky White, Founder and Director of White Communications, will take over COCO – Collective Collaboration from January 1st, 2025.

Special Announcemnet

Alessia – Forma Marketing,  will continue to forge ahead in her Brand and Marketing career, specialising in Website Strategy and Content Marketing for sustainable home decor and furniture businesses. Her expertise particularly shines when collaborating with owner-led businesses, where she serves as strategic brand marketing advisor and business mentor, sharing her valuable industry insights.

Neelam – Designer Life Coaching, in between UK and Cyprus will be focusing on working with start-ups supercharging their teams and leaders under House of Leaders. Neelam is also excited to launch her new self-coaching program for Women – watch out for that! Using her Redesign method, she will focus on working with just a few private clients re-inventing and redesigning their lives.

We recognise Vicky is the best person to take over and we know she will add immense value. We both remain cheerleaders of COCO and will stay connected.

“Together We Continue to Grow” along the way!

A Personal Note from Vicky

I have been running my own business for over twelve years supporting startups and growing businesses with their marketing challenges and needs.

I started my business from the ground up, with a newborn and limited budget and have been through highs and lows to get where I am today.  I’m a true advocate of women business owners – we are independent, strong, determined and inspirational.

I’ve networked a lot over the years and there are other women focused networking groups out there – but nothing like COCO. I love what COCO brings – It’s not just an opportunity to network, collaborate and grow but a supportive, safe space to discuss anything that is going on in your lives – business & personal – we are all here for each other.

I’m also thrilled to be able to share my marketing knowledge and experiences to be able to expand the current ‘mastermind’ elements to COCO to help women further grow their businesses.

You’re in safe hands

I have been a member of COCO for two years and really understand the COCO concept and brand values and I am passionate about supporting all members moving forward.

No drastic changes

There will be no changes on January 1st. All meetings will remain as they are (same day, time and venue) as well as expert speakers and opportunities to network and talk about your business challenges. I am also planning to continue to organise speed networking events throughout the year. These events are great opportunities to meet other like-minded business owners who are not already members of the COCO group.

I will be looking at introducing additional (optional) elements such as group monthly marketing planning sessions – helping you to maximise the impact of your marketing. These sessions will aim to give you the clarity, direction, and strategy you need to market your business with intention (more info coming soon!) I am also going to be focusing on growing the numbers within the current groups and launching additional groups in other locations.

Exciting things planned for 2025

In this together

I would love to hear your feedback on the current structure of COCO to ensure you are getting the support you need and value from the meetings. Included in January’s meeting will be a brainstorming session where we can openly talk about what you love/not love so much or maybe there is something else that you would like to see introduced!
